Abdi Kayse Bio

Abdi Kayse is the secretary of the minister of planning economic development and international cooperation, the Secretary is responsible for Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted. Maintaining effective records and administration.

Before joining the minister planing’s office, he was a free speech activist and heard mostly from the media.

Over 16 years of work experience with varied local and international organizations in different capacities and having worked in media and Public administration.

Previously, abdi kayse was Former Managing Director of media news organisation based in lasanod which works in submitting and reporting the news of people whose words do not reach far in Somalia.

In 2019– 2021– he was Member Media Association of Puntland (MAP).

Mr. Abdi kayse now he is doing Master of Security Studies from cavedish university uganda. Bachelor of Business Administration in ilays national university, Las’anod Somalia as well as countless complementary knowledge.
