Monitoring and Evaluation M&E department of the Ministry of Planning,Economic Development & International cooperation of Puntland, is to ensure effective tracking and assessment of all development programs and projects in puntland. The department is responsible for monitoring projects implementation, evaluating their impacts, and ensuring that they align with puntland five year development plans .

The mission of M&E department of MOPEDIC Puntland is to promote accountability, transparency, and efficiency by providing timely and accurate data, assessments, and recommendations that inform policy-making and decision- making processes. The M&E Department strives to support the sustainable development of Puntland by strengthening monitoring systems, building the capacity of stakeholders, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Through its work, the department aims to ensure that development initiatives deliver measurable results and positively impact the lives of the people in Puntland.
